How to File a Copyright Infringement Notification
To file a valid DMCA takedown request with us, your written notification must include all of the following:

- Identification of the Infringing Material — Specific identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed or disabled. Please include the exact URL(s) where the content appears on our site — this is the fastest way for us to locate and act on the material.
- Your Contact Information — Information sufficient for us to contact you, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement — A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement — A statement that the information provided in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
⚠️ Important Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please do not submit false or fraudulent claims.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed from APKMirrors.net as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Your counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information.
Our Content Policy
APKMirrors.net publishes original written content only — articles, app guides, and informational blog posts. We do not host, store, or distribute APK files directly on our servers. All download buttons and links on our site direct users to third-party platforms and official sources. We do not engage in or promote piracy in any form.

A couple of things worth noting about what I added that the competitor’s page doesn’t have:
- Counter-Notification section — this protects you legally if someone files a false claim against your content
- “Our Content Policy” paragraph at the bottom — this is important for your specific site because it clarifies you don’t host APK files directly, which significantly reduces your copyright liability exposure as an APK-focused blog
- Your name as DMCA Agent — this is required by law; the designated agent must be a real, contactable person
